Online Orders
If you need to inquire about your order, please e-mail customerservice@ferrari-carano.com or call our Customer Service Department at 800-831-0381, Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm, PST.

You must be 21 years of age to order or receive wine from us. All wine orders are sent with “Adult Signature Required” stickers, and the carriers that deliver our wines are required to check for identification upon delivery. Verification of age is required at the time of delivery. Failure to produce age verification forfeits the right to receive the shipment until identification is produced. If this happens, the order may be held with the local shipping company until appropriate identification is produced, or it may be shipped back to the winery. All associated costs will be the responsibility of and be charged to the customer.

Shipping
All wine orders must be placed by a person 21 years of age or older. Due to legal restrictions on shipments of wine and other alcoholic beverages, we are only permitted to ship to the following states: AK, CA, FL, HI, IA, ID, IL, MI, MN, MO, NC, ND,
NE, NH, NM, NV, NY, OH, OR, SC, TX, VA, WA, WASH DC, WI, WV, and WY. We are required by law to charge sales tax for the following states: CA 7.75%; MI 6.0%; NC 7.0%; ND 7.0%; NV 6.5%; NY 7.0%; SC 5.0%; TX 6.5%; and VA 5.0%.

Wine orders placed Sunday through Tuesday are processed the following day. Wine orders placed Wednesday through Saturday are processed the following Monday. Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery. Shipping costs are calculated toward the end of the online ordering process. Also, at this time we do not ship online store products outside the United States.
