Bagna Calda means “hot bath” in Italian. This entrée is a festive meal for a party gathering and usually served during the winter months, an Italian fondue, basically.
For each electric skillet, add the fondue ingredients and heat until melted.
Prepare vegetables by cutting them into large bite-size pieces. Place vegetables and beef in small bowls or a serving tray around the skillet for guests to use as dipping ingredients.
