Look up tasting notes, a recipe pairing, or a video with Don and Rhonda and the winemakers talking about a wine, book a tour or private tasting, check out events at the winery and around the area, Twitter/Facebook, Foursquare/tell-a-friend integration, or bookmark a favorite page. “This app allows the winery to enhance the experience customers have with us, and help them feel more a part of the Ferrari-Carano family,” says Rhonda Carano, owner of the winery with her husband, Don. “ We see this already with Facebook and Twitter. Consumers want to get to know the people behind the brand—the winemakers, the vineyard team. This app is one way for them to do that, while at the same time allowing us to provide worthwhile information to the consumer in a highly interactive way.”
