Wine Club
Most membership updates can be completed quickly through your online member portal. If you’d prefer personal assistance, our Wine Club team is happy to help Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST.
Customer Service
Your online account provides convenient access to account information, order history, and order updates anytime. Shipment tracking and delivery updates are managed directly by the carrier. The Fine Print
- We regret that we are unable to accommodate any guests under 21 (including children/infants), pets or outside food at this time.
- We are open for both indoor and outdoor experiences.
- We continue to observe tasting room safety protocols, including social distancing and consistent and thorough sanitization.

Private and Large Group Gatherings
For parties of 8 or larger, group reservations are required. Tasting fees begin at $40 per guest. Please inquire about availability and pricing by contacting our concierge at events@ffws.com or 707-257-1770. We will be happy to assist and arrange all the details.
