At Ferrari-Carano, sustainability is part of our DNA. Since 2015, all 24 of our vineyards have earned the California Sustainable Winegrowing Alliance (CSWA) certification. In 2019, our efforts were further underscored at the Sonoma County Harvest Fair, which dubbed the winery the Sustainable Producer of the Year.
Sustainability isn’t just a buzzword. It’s a commitment to ensuring that we consider the environmental and social impact of every aspect of our operations.
From ensuring that our soils remain healthy and rich with biodiversity, to capturing water that helps us withstand drought, to incorporating both wild and stock animals into our strategy for managing pests and weeds. We are committed to practices that help sustain our property for future generations.
