Reserve Wine Tasting in the Enoteca
For the passionate wine enthusiast, we offer an intimate tasting of 5 vineyard-designate wines from sustainably farmed vineyards.
The Enoteca (“wine library” in Italian), located in the underground cellar of Villa Fiore, our hospitality center in picturesque Dry Creek Valley, is the perfect place to relax and enjoy Ferrari-Carano’s Limited Release and Reserve Wines from our sustainably farmed vineyards.
Join us Thursdays – Sundays for our Enoteca Reserve Wines Tasting and you’ll taste 5 wines while an Estate Ambassador leads a discussion on vineyards and winemaking, focusing on the role each plays in the wine in your glass, $50 per guest, wine club members $40 each.
Add on to your experience with a hand-crafted charcuterie board featuring locally-sources artisan cheeses, charcuterie selections, nuts, dried fruit, and crackers — prepared especially for you by our very own Chef Tim Vallery (Serves 2). Offered for $35, $28 wine club.*
Add on a plate of delicious Fleur Sauvage Chocolate Bonbons, handcrafted, artisanal creations from local chocolatier Chef Robert “Buttercup” Nieto in Windsor, CA. Offered at $25 per person, these bonbons are a perfect sweet pairing for our Reserve flight of wines.*
You’ll taste Ferrari-Carano’s smaller production, hard-to-find wines in the Enoteca, like our highly-acclaimed Pinot Noirs from Anderson Valley, Vineyard Select Chardonnays from Russian River Valley, PreVail Back Forty or PreVail West Face (two Cabernet Sauvignons from our mountain ranches in Alexander Valley), limited production red wines like the Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon or Trésor (Ferrari-Carano’s Bordeaux-style blend), or other specialty wines that are chosen as stand-outs of a particular vintage year.
Reservations are required, and available for groups of 6 or less guests. We hope to see you soon!
We are unable to accommodate children, pets or outside food at this time.
*Charcuterie platter and Chocolate Bonbons must be ordered 48 hours in advance.
