Wine & Pasta Pairing – “Pranzo Della Casa”
Rooted in the spirit of an Italian family table, Pranzo Della Casa invites guests to slow down and savor Ferrari-Carano’s Italian heritage through a generous, seated pairing of house made pastas, seasonal estate-grown ingredients, and Ferrari-Carano wines.
This 90-minute experience begins with a fresh estate garden salad, followed by a family-style progression of handcrafted pastas, each thoughtfully paired to showcase the wines and bring the flavors of the course to life. A shared Italian dessert completes the afternoon in true la dolce vita fashion.

Hosted inside our Villa Fiore hospitality center, this seated tasting offers a more elevated look at Ferrari-Carano, with your Estate Ambassador guiding you through the story, character, and winemaking behind each pour. Enhance your experience with an artisan cheese and salumi board, thoughtfully crafted to pair with the wines.

Set beneath towering olive trees and beside our iconic garden fountain, the Fontana Pergola Wine Tasting offers a relaxed outdoor tasting experience designed for slow afternoons in Dry Creek Valley.
Enjoy a seated tasting of Ferrari-Carano wines alongside an artisan cheese and salumi board prepared by our estate culinary team.
