Reserve your spot for Ferrari-Carano's winery tour, hosted by our friendly and knowledgeable staff, and you will stroll through our renowned gardens, see our vineyards up close, perhaps catch one of our winemaking team or cellar crew hard at work on the crush pad or in the winery's cellars or tank rooms, view Don and Rhonda Carano's personal wine cellar, and visit our Enoteca Lounge and Villa Fiore tasting rooms. You will hear about Ferrari-Carano’s history -- how Don and Rhonda first came to Sonoma County on a wine buying trip and just fell in love with the area. After the tour, you are invited to taste Ferrari-Carano wines at the Villa Fiore tasting bar or in the Enoteca Lounge.

The pleasures of wine are meant to be shared! We are proud to present a series of wine tastings for the ultimate wine country experience. Each tasting, hosted in the private PreVail Room, is designed to highlight the many nuances of wine in a fun and informative style. For the novice or the connoisseur!
Pick of the Bunch
This tasting walks you through an in-depth tasting of five wines of your choice and is tailored to cover any wine-related topic about which participants have always wanted to know.
Passion for Pinot
If you love Pinot, then this is the tasting for you! Featuring four wines -- Lazy Creek Vineyards Rose of Pinot Noir from Anderson Valley, FC's Russian River Valley Pinot, FC Sky High Pinot Noir from Mendocino Ridge and Lazy Creek's Estate Pinot Noir, Anderson Valley -- this tasting walks you through these four delicious and unique wines paired with small bites. Get your Pinot on!
Scentiments
You will become familiar with 12 fresh aromas that are present in the different varietals we utilize in winemaking as well as the barrel-aging process. You will test your "smell memory", familiarizing yourself with those scents and then trying to identify those aromas in five Ferrari-Carano wines. A fun and open discussion on wine aromas and flavor characteristics!
White Wine Lovers
This tasting features five of Ferrari-Carano's most popular white wines and offers an in-depth look into the winemaking process of creating these delicious wines. Paired with local Artisan cheeses, this tasting is a wine lover's paradise!
King of Reds
This tasting includes four Ferrari-Carano Cabernet-based wines and the delicious dessert wine, Eldorado Noir, paired with chocolates and dried fruit. A tasting experience you will not soon forget!
Matchmaker
Learn the art and science of matching Ferrari-Carano wines with the perfect food! You will taste and sample four wines, including our PreVail wines, perfectly paired with delicious, seasonal small plates from our winery chef. Your wine educator will lead you through the fundamentals and rationale behind the perfect match!
Cabernet Terroir Tasting
It's true that great wines begin in the vineyard, and this tasting highlights just that. Learn all about "terroir", an elusive yet critically important belief in wine appreciation when you taste four wines: Home Ranch Cabernet Sauvignon, Tresor, PreVail West Face, and PreVail Back Forty -- all from uniquely different vineyards in Alexander Valley. Paired with a local artisan charcuterie plate, this tasting is sure to please your palate.
The PreVail Tasting
This luxurious tasting highlights Ferrari-Carano's PreVail wines. After a presentation about PreVail, you will enjoy a formal tasting of PreVail wines paired with a local Artisan charcuterie plate.

Advance reservations are required and must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Private Tastings range in price from $20 to $35 per person. Groups of up to 6 are welcome at the winery.
