La Dolce Spritz

A sparkling twist on the classic spritz, this refreshing blend of Fumé Blanc, grapefruit, and rosemary delivers bright citrus with a touch of herbaceous depth — the perfect sip for long afternoons or easy entertaining.

Wine:
  • Fumé Blanc
Glass:
  • Spritz wine glass
Ingredients:
  • 3 oz Ferrari-Carrano Fumé Blanc
  • 3 oz grapefruit soda
  • 1 oz fresh grapefruit juice
  • (optional) ¼ oz rosemary syrup for a bit more depth and complexity (8oz of water, 8oz sugar – bring to boil, add 1oz fresh rosemary and let steep for 4 minutes. Strain and chill.)
  • Fresh rosemary garnish
  • Grapefruit peel twist garnish
  • Ice
Tools:

  • Rocks ice
Method:
  • Build in white wine glass with rocks, and garnish with fresh grapefruit twist and sprig of rosemary

Our playful take on the Dirty Martini swaps spirits for Fumé Blanc, bringing briny olive flavors and a crisp citrus lift — all the character of the original at just a fraction of the alcohol.

  • 5:1 ratio of Ferrari-Carano Fumé Blanc and Castelvetrano olive brine.

Ingredients:
  • 3oz Ferrari-Carrano Fumé Blanc
  • .75oz fresh grapefruit juice
  • 1/2oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4oz honey syrup (1:1)
  • Soda top
  • Grapefruit peel twist
  • Fresh mint sprig garnish
Method:

  • Made over rocks in a highball glass (12oz). Garnish with fresh grapefruit and fresh mint.

Light, fruity, and garden-fresh, this cocktail combines honeydew, lime, and mint with the tropical notes of Fumé Blanc for a vibrant sip that’s as refreshing as it is unique.

Ingredients:
  • 3 oz Ferrari-Carrano Fumé Blanc
  • 2 oz cold pressed honeydew juice
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • ¾ oz simple syrup depending on desired sweetness and sugar level of the melon
  • Mint sprig garnish
  • Lime peel twist garnish

Method:

Solstice Cup

Solstice Cup

Apple and orchard fruit flavors with spice and a subtle vinous touch highlight the Fumé Blanc’s stone fruit and makes our Solstice Cup wine cocktail perfect for cooler nights.

Wine:
  • Fumé Blanc
Ingredients:
  • 3oz Ferrari-Carrano Fumé Blanc
  • 3oz Spiced apple cider
  • 1/2oz fresh lemon
  • 1/2oz honey syrup (1:1)
  • Cinnamon Stick garnish
  • Lemon Twist garnish
Method:

For the spiced cider:

  • Bring 12oz of fresh apple cider to a boil. Add 2oz honey, 2.5oz lemon juice, 2 large cinnamon sticks, 2 grams of clove pods, and a pinch of nutmeg and lower heat to simmer. Let steep for 15 minutes and strain.

Build:

  • Equal parts hot cider and room temp FC Fumé (We don’t want to add heat to the wine as it changes the flavor profile a bit,) garnished with a cinnamon stick and lemon twist.
  • Serve in hot drink glass mug.

A modern take on the mimosa, but with a deeper color and embrace of richer flavors for a more robust experience.

Wine:
  • Fumé Blanc
Ingredients:
  • 4oz Ferrari-Carrano Fumé Blanc
  • 2oz soda water
  • 2oz blood orange juice
  • (optional) 1/4oz simple syrup (1:1) depending on sweetness of blood orange
  • Slice of blood orange
  • Sprig of rosemary garnish
Method:

Build:

  • Build in an ice-filled white wine glass laced with thinly sliced blood orange wheels and one spring of fresh rosemary.
