Join us for a brand new experience in the underground cellar Enoteca, Molto Bene Wine & Food Pairing, and enjoy Ferrari-Carano wines the way they were meant to be sipped – with food.
This is a delightfully satisfying 3-course food and wine pairing includes a welcome aperitivo and is prepared especially for you by our talented estate chefs. The elegant, seasonal bites are crafted from what is growing in our organic culinary garden and available locally, and are paired with Ferrari-Carano’s limited production wines, including:
- Fiorella Vineyard Select Chardonnay, Russian River Valley
- Sky High Ranch Pinot Noir, Mendocino Ridge
- PreVail Lookout Tree Cabernet Sauvignon/Cabernet Franc Blend, Knights Valley
We are able to accommodate parties up to 4 guests.

- Advance reservations and prepayment are required.
- Reservations are refundable up to 48 hours prior to visit, and non-refundable within 48 hours of visit.
- If you are a group of 7 or more people, please contact us directly for rates and availability, tastingroom@fcwinery.com.
- We regret that we are unable to accommodate any guests under 21 (including children/infants), pets or outside food at this time.
